Prerequisites are in place for economic growth in Belarus, Andrei Kobyakov says

MINSK, May 27 (BelTA) – The prerequisites are in place for the economic growth in Belarus, Vice-Premier of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov told reporters on May 27.
